• Protein treatment once a month.
• Deep condition as needed.
• Apply Roots Activator every two weeks.
• Trim split ends every 6–8 weeks to keep hair looking and feeling healthy.

• Relax hair no more than once every 8–12 weeks to maintain its health and minimize over-processing.
